Holy Family University is thrilled to partner with Philadelphia Housing Authority in expanding its employee educational benefit offerings and helping companies hire, train, and retain valuable human resources. As an employee, you are eligible to receive educational benefits to help you to advance your career as well as hiring resources to staff your organization.
Tuition reduction
- A 15% tuition reduction for qualifying programs for both you and your spouse.
- Waived application fees.
A complete list of eligible programs as well as restrictions are listed below. Programs that are already discounted at a rate greater than 15% will be priced at the higher discount rate.

Hiring resources
- Preferred access to Holy Family University's Career Development Center team that can serve as an extension of your human resources department, working directly with you to locate the talent you need. The staff will send resumes of pre-screened candidates directly to you, making the candidate search more streamlined and direct.
- The opportunity to host student interns from all subjects: nursing, education, business, arts and sciences. The Career Development Center staff will support you by pre-screening internship candidates and providing resumes directly, ensuring a strong student-internship fit that will benefit both the student and the business/business community.

- Accountancy (MS)

- Counseling Psychology (MS and Psy.D.)
- Education (M.Ed and Ed.D.)
- Nursing Practice (MSN and DNP)
- Organizational Leadership (MS)
Undergraduate Level
- Business Administration (B.S.)
- Psychology (B.S.)
- Nursing (B.S., RN to BSN, Second Degree
- Radiologic Science (B.S.R.S and Post-Primary Certification Tracks)
Notes
- All interested students must apply to and be accepted into the academic program.
- The 15% tuition reduction does not apply to full-time undergraduate tuition.
- Some programs will be restricted based on space constraints.
- Employees and spouses must identify themselves as affiliated with the partner organization during the application process. A letter sent from the organization's liaison at time of application will suffice as proof of employment/relationship.
- New programs will be promoted by Holy Family University and the organization as they become available.
